A prayer for greater compassion in the art world.
New York, 1991-94

During a four year period, I spoke with various priests and religious people about approaching the idea of prayer as sculpture. Originally, I wanted to document the space between these two communities and to ask a priest to say a prayer for greater compassion in the art world. By the end, however, realizing that it was very important for me to do it myself, I wrote and said the prayer.
