description: once commissioned and built, this steel and iron sculpture is submerged to the seabed (no specification as to which one) to weather and accumulate seaweed, limpets, mussels, barnacles and other oceanic matter for a period of 16 years. After this period it is to be raised, dried, sealed and sprayed gloss white before being returned to its owner (that is the holder of the ownership certificate) for display as either an indoor or outdoor free standing sculpture. |
